Prompt: Design a space to collaborate with another artist, intervening with the studio we use every day. I chose Paul Simon, based on his extensive collaborative work, and my interest in his music

The space reflects his work in its use of technical, creative, and casual aspects. Simon's interest in street music lead to the space being organized according to streets and transit stations, as well as the addition of an urban park area. Within the space are various aspects of his music, from a concrete walled studio simulating an urban setting, to an outdoor stage. His collaboration with Dion, "New York is my Home", mentions the experience of bodegas and streetlights lights, hence the addition of a bodega, and the use of streetlights to illuminate the space.
